The first day of school #2

Hi everyone,
Our first school day at BCU went slightly different from what we expected.. Tessa and I were under the impression that we had to start school on January 3d. So, excited as we were, we walked to school this morning at 08.30 am. However, when we got there, we were told that our modules did not start until January 23 (!).
So, obviously, after the news we made some calls and then.. decided to go shopping.
For the first time, we went to the city centre by bus. I am lucky to have Tessa (and our Iphones) with me for these things because I really don’t understand a thing about directions. (You should ask my friends for some funny stories about it).
Our mood immediately changed from desperate to overjoyed as we walked into the huge shopping centre of Birmingham. It would not be an understatement to say that we were flabbergasted by al the foods, drinks, stores, stuffed animals, Christmas decorations etc.
(After waiting for 3 hours at the nail salon for Tessa getting her nails done), we went on a hunt for the Victoria’s Secret store. Multiple people walked by with Victoria’s Secret bags in their hands, but we just couldn’t find the store anywhere. I think we were walking our 5th round through the same shopping centre when a woman stopped us and asked if we could PLEASE tell her where she could find the Victoria’s secret store. What a relief.. We are not the only foolish people around here looking for the Victoria’s Secret all day.
But.. after approximately 5 more rounds, TADA! (we were back at the hotel at 6 pm..)
